If you cancel the cycling tour on the date of the activity, no refunds will be given.

If you cancel the activity one day before the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any cycling tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative tour or refund your payment in full.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit enough to participate in the cycling tour.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer who we deem unfit or unsafe to participate in the tour.

You must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during the cycling tour.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to your person or property during the cycling tour.

You are responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by your actions during the cycling tour.

We want to ensure that our customers are fully informed about our insurance coverage policy in the event of an accident during the cycling tour. Our insurance coverage is only valid within the jurisdiction of Indonesia. In the event of an accident, we will ask you to use our insurance or your own insurance. If you choose to use our insurance, we will cover the costs based on our limit of liability. However, it is important to note that our insurance coverage will not be valid if you require medical treatment outside of Indonesia in the future. If you require medical treatment abroad, we recommend that you use your own travel insurance. Some international travel insurance policies require proof of receipt of medical treatment from day one since the accident occurred. This ensures that you have continuous medical coverage while abroad. Therefore, in order to guarantee continuous medical coverage while abroad, we strongly suggest that you use your own insurance instead of ours if you require medical treatment outside of Indonesia. It is important that our customers understand our insurance coverage policy before booking the cycling tour. By booking our tour, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our insurance coverage policy and agree to use your own insurance if you require medical treatment outside of Indonesia.
